M.A.C Glitter Pigments

Hey guys, this is my first swatch and review post so if there is anything that I need to improve with then please leave a comment below and let me know! :)

So here are my 5 MAC pigments, majority are glitter and one normal pigment. I'll run through them one by one:

  •  MAC Gold Glitter

This gold glitter from MAC is my favourite by far! It looks so beautiful when the flash hits it and looks gorgeous on a Indian bridal look! You've probably seen and loved some images on the internet of various eye looks using this glitter and is perfect for winter time/New years time.

  • MAC Emerald Glitter

This is such a pretty green glitter which isnt too in your face, you have to make sure you put it on top of a green eyeshadow as this will give you the best finish. Like the gold glitter, they both arent really grainy so it isnt uncomfortable on the eye, you dont notice you're wearing it at all after applying. Green has always been a favourite eyeshadow look for me!

  • MAC 3D Silver Glitter

The first two images are mine, the second two are what I found on Google as I have not actually used this glitter on myself as of yet so thought I'd show what it can be used for. This is not for everyday use, I would personally only ever use this if it was for a photoshoot or use a tiny bit on the eyes if I could pull it off. The grains of this glitter are fairly big so they arent subtle at all but I had to have it because it is so pretty! This glitter would I think be uncomfortable on the eyes, you would know it's there and especially on the lips!

  • MAC Reflects Very Pink

This is less of a glitter and more of a shimmer if applied lightly, the above picture I had to apply it quite a few times for us to see the pinkness of the reflects so this would really compliment a purple or pink eyeshadow look if you applied this on top, it would give a really pretty shimmer. The feel of this reflects is very very fine unlike the glitters and is very soft.

  • MAC Melon

I bought this pigment as it was hyped up by other bloggers and YouTuber's and I have yet to use it but from my swatch it is so so pretty! The pigment is so bright and gorgeous and would amazing in the summer, you could possibly use it in the inner corners of your eyes to give them a pop. I have heard from other people they use it as a highlighter on the face, I have yet to try this and will keep you updated once I do so!

I hope you liked my first swatch review of these pigments! Please leave a comment if there is anything you feel I have missed or if you loved it, all feedback is good feedback.

Until next time on Wednesday,

Cya!
